Reverse RIT drill


This is what happens to the Paramedic when you DO NOT have a key holder and have been lying on your floor for an unkown number of days and all the doors are locked! This medic crawled thru the kitchen window and here are the fruits of her labor.

85 y/o male

Chief complaint: episode of chest pressure early in the am, no pressure on our arrival.
Only c/o to EMS was slight dizziness when standing.
Pt presented w/ Skin PWD, clr lung sounds no chest pain or pressure and denies any SOB.


Has no cardiologist and is only on 2 meds for his HTN.


What would you call it?
Confirmed Rhythm: A. Flutter w/ RBBB
Treatment: IV, O2 and monitor only. ER physician ordered for NO meds to be given.
