Make sure you look at the v/s AND 12-lead before coming to your conclusion.
85 y/o male
Chief complaint: episode of chest pressure early in the am, no pressure on our arrival.
Only c/o to EMS was slight dizziness when standing.
Pt presented w/ Skin PWD, clr lung sounds no chest pain or pressure and denies any SOB.
Has no cardiologist and is only on 2 meds for his HTN.
What would you call it?
Confirmed Rhythm: A. Flutter w/ RBBB
Treatment: IV, O2 and monitor only. ER physician ordered for NO meds to be given.
